A win-win relationship with our partners
The foundation has developed a strategy of collaboration based on dialogue and on the fact of taking into account the specific needs of each of the parties involved.
The Fundación Theodora has to diversify its funding in order to consolidate its independence and its security in the financial sense. This diversification also allows the foundation to maintain its autonomy in its strategic choices, allowing it thus to carry out its labour in a long-lasting and quality manner.

Partners of all sizes and horizons
The Fundación Theodora wishes to be able to collaborate with partners of all sizes and horizons, the only condition being respect for the principles set out in its Code of Ethics and in its Communication Manual.

Any charitable action is confronted with its running costs and has to be able to assure its donors that the sums collected are first and foremost allocated to the carrying out of the mission and not to its administrative needs. This management stems from the will to guarantee, on one hand, the efficiency of its management and, on the other, to ensure the transparency and legibility of this latter. It also allows the confidence of public, private or institutional donors in it to be strengthened.

The importance of local partners
The fundación wishes to consolidate its activity in Spain through the search for local partners. Their involvement is fundamental, as it allows the public in general to become aware of the activity of the Fundación Theodora and to identify an area, a region, a country.
