CLOWN DOCTORS AND HOW THEY ARE TRAINED |

The training is not intended to train clowns but to sensitive those artists who are interested in changing career to become a clown doctor, in the special environment of a hospital. Here, the artist's dynamism is not the same as that on the stage, in the street or in the circus. The objective of the training is also to acquire knowledge and skills which should translate into clown doctors acting in a manner suitable for a hospital environment and for the demands placed by the state of a child in hospital. |

3. Responsabilities |
|
The management of the Theodora association assumes responsability for the whole of the training programme in collaboration with its scientific and artistic advisors. The institutes who are jointly responsible for the training concept are also responsible for ensuring that the materials taught are relevant and that the reputation of the teachers is good, but rely on the association's management to provide strategic guidelines and the teaching philosophy. |
