2. Objectives
The training is not aimed at training clowns, but its objective is to raise the awareness of the artists interested in being involved in a new occupation, that of being a Clown Doctor, in the very special setting of the hospital. Here, the dynamics of the artist is not similar to the ones on a stage, in the street or in a circus.
The training is also aimed at acquiring the knowledge and skills which become the appropriate way of behaving in the context of the hospital and to the demands of the children in hospital.
3. Responsibilities
The responsibility for training is assumed by Theodora Foundation for the whole programme in association with its scientific and artistic advisors.
The institutes, organizations and lecturers actively taking part in the training concept are in charge of the relevance of the subjects taught, but depends on the Theodora Foundation for the teaching philosopy and themes.
